Triple Crown has an official lodging online platform that teams are required to use for booking lodging. This convenient software automates and simplifies booking and reporting your rooms. When a team is paid and registered the coach will be emailed a custom team booking link. Teams that register early have first access to book lodging with our approved hotel partners. Many hotels or room types sell out fast. This system will allow you to request more rooms at some hotels but this is NOT a guarantee. We are always working to add hotels and more rooms so please check the feed regularly. We’ll be playing in one of the true hotbeds of the sport — Houston, TX — and bring together Division 2 and 3 teams to ensure squads with similar profiles will take their spot in a true double-elimination bracket format. We want your team to have a shot at the top of the podium from the first pitch to the last out!

Important to note - we are not a sanctioning body. Meaning, you do not have to pay any sanctioning fees, use our specific insurance, or anything along those lines. To pencil or pay you do need to create a free account and team in our system, but there is no cost to do so.

A team roster must be completed online with all authorized electronic signatures and must be turned in at team check-in. Copies of your player's birth certificates must be present at time of check-in and must be with the team during all tournament play.

We will have a dedicated group link and access to tickets in a specific section. Every team is encouraged to attend and kick off the Southwest Summer Nationals with an unforgettable experience.

Triple Crown is not a sanctioning body. Therefore we do not inherently classify teams based off of D1, D2, and D3 status (Similar to Major, AAA, AA in other sanctioning bodies). If your team is registered D1 or Majors in a Nationals sanctioning body like Perfect Game, USSSA, or NCS, then you will be considered a D1 team. Only teams registered D2, D3, AAA, or AA or below in a National Governing body is eligible. If your team is not registered with any affiliated sanctioning body and you're not a National team put together for this tournament then you are eligible to register.
If you are classified as D1/Majors - you can still enter! Teams are 100% eligible to play up an age group to "reclassify" as D2/D3 Any questions on your team's eligibility please contact Brennen at brennen@triplecrownsports.com
A 20% non-refundable administration fee will be charged on all registrations.
There are no refunds or transfers if brackets have been posted, your age division is sold out or if a team cancels 10 or fewer days prior to the start of the event.
Otherwise, if a team cancels 11 days or more prior to the event start date, they may transfer the registration to another Triple Crown Baseball headquarters event for full value or receive a refund via check minus the 20% administration fee.
If an age division does not make you will be entitled to a full refund.
If an event is lost due to weather or any Act of God (i.e. COVID-19), the entry fee will be refunded via check minus the 20% administration fee.
If one game is played you will receive 50% of entry fee. If two or more games are played there is no refund.
